用料  

藜麦 100g/一杯
牛油果
圣女果
洋葱
蒜头 1-2瓣
菠菜
1/8小勺
2汤勺

藜麦牛油果番茄菠菜沙拉的做法  

  1. Cook the quinoa according to package directions.*
    Meanwhile, roughly chop the spinach. Place in a large bowl.

  2. Mince garlic, and add to spinach.
    Slice the green onions, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the avocado.

  3. When quinoa is done cooking, add it to the large bowl with spinach and toss. (The heat from the quinoa will lightly wilt the spinach and mellow the garlic.)

  4. Add the green onions, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, and salt. Stir to combine.
    Add the avocado and lightly toss.

小贴士

1.煮藜麦,麦和水的比例是1:1.5,大火煮开,马上转小火15分钟,全程盖好锅盖。
