用料  

Grated cheese 1 1/2 cups
Flour 1 cup
Cornflour 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Butter 85 g
Milk 2 tbsp
Sea salt For sprinkling

Homemade cheese crackers的做法  

  1. Put everything in food processor

  2. Divide dough in half, and pat each into a square. If the dough feels dry, moisten hands with cold water. Wrap and chill for 45mins

  3. Roll out the dough into thin sheets. Cut into small shapes with a pizza cutter. Poke holes through the centre of each piece with a fork. Sprinkle with sea salt.
