用料
栗子肉 Chestnut | 150g |
松子 Pine nut | 20g |
玫瑰蜜 Conserva di Rosa | 1餐勺(tbsp) |
玫瑰松子栗子糕的做法
把栗子肉碾碎,滤网过筛
Crush the chestnuts and sift through栗子绒里加入松子和玫瑰蜜后均匀混合
Mix the crushed chestnuts with pine nuts and Conserva di Rosa evenly填入磨具后拿出成型(要填紧实一点哦)
Fill in the modes tightly and remove carefully装盘!
这样就完成啦 🌹
Plate and serve!
小贴士
这里用的是现成的栗子肉,也可以在当季用新鲜栗子:冷水下锅煮约40分钟后剥皮晾凉
Ready cooked chestnuts are used here, but can also fresh ones when in season: boil with cold water for 40 minutes, peal and cool
玫瑰蜜也可以替换成桂花蜜或蜂蜜
Conserva di Rosa can be substituted with osmanthus syrup or honey
磨具可以用月饼磨具,记得要压得紧一点容易成型哦
