Lemon | 2 |
Chicken wings | about 10 |
light soy sauce | abt 4 tablespoons |
dark soy sauce | abt 2.5 tablespoons |
oyster oil | abt 1 tablespoon |
salt | abt 0.5 tablespoon |
sugar | abt 0.5 tablespoon |
pepper power | abt 0.7 tablespoon |
Lemon Roast Chicken Wings的做法
make 3 cuts on each side of the chicken wings, put them in a bowl
cut a half of a lemon and squeeze the juice into the chicken, make sure no seeds are added
cut the rest of the lemon into slices and take the seeds out
add all ingredients to the chicken and give it a massage😽
Put the chicken wing in the food bag and soak them in the fridge for at least 30mins.
Wrap the tray in the oven with foils, lay the wing on the tray evenly and put the lemon slice on top of the wings.
Set the Oven to 210 degrees for 35 mins. Flip the wing in the middle of the process, lemons are still on top after flipping.
