用料  

Jalapeño pepper 1个
Avocado 1个
Pineapple 1/2 杯
Cheery tomatoes 1/2 杯
Red onions 1/3 杯
Cilantros 3 tbsp
Lime juice 1/2 杯
Sea salt A pinch
coconut oil 1~2 tsp
Wild salmon fillets 320g
lime wedge + Cilantro 装饰

Salmon with Pineapple-Avocado Salsa的做法  

  1. 材料全部切块儿,并在碗中搅拌。静置。

  2. 用coconut oil涮锅。把Salmon鱼皮一面朝下。每1/2 inch煎4分钟。当两面皮下变色后再煎1-2分钟。

  3. 装盘,浇柠檬汁,盖上1/2的Salsa。点缀Lemon和Cilantro。
