松饼万能公式/美式蓝莓/巧克力松饼 Perfect Blueberry/Chocolate Chip Pancakes
老公说这是最好吃的松饼了,包括和纽约所有吃过的餐馆比。写的是四人份的量。熟练后准备10分钟,煎30分钟(锅小可以用多个锅同时会更快)。

松饼万能公式/美式蓝莓/巧克力松饼 Perfect Blueberry/Chocolate Chip Pancakes的做法
准备好所有材料 Get all the ingredients ready
所有干料(面粉、泡打粉、糖、盐)在盆里混合均匀。Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl ( flour 3 Cups, baking powder 2 Tbsp, sugar 2-4 tbsp, salt 1.5 tsp)
另取一大碗,微波炉融化4tbsp黄油。Use another large bowl, melt 4tbsp of butter in the microwave。
融化好的黄油里加入两个蛋,打散混合均匀Add two large eggs to the melted butter, beat and stir even
混合液里加入2.5 cup 牛奶/椰奶,混合均匀。Add 2.5 cup of milk to the egg/butter mix, stir even
混合液加入拌好的干料盆,搅拌均匀至下图的糊状态。 Add the mixed liquid to the dry ingredients bowl, stir even.
混合糊里面加入总共2 cup的蓝莓/其他浆果/巧克力,轻轻的混合均匀(防止把浆果搅烂。Add total 2 cup of Blueberries/other berries/chocolate chips to the mixed paste, gently stir even.
平底锅加适量黄油,中火偏高一点(我用的电磁炉6档总共9档),放入混合好的松饼糊。每个松饼不要放太多,太大了不好翻面)不需要摊平,重力会把饼摊的平一些。Add some butter to the frying pan, medium high (6/9) heat, use a large spoon to add pancake mix to the pan. No need to spread them thin.
等底面金黄色,上面起泡泡时翻面(如果翻面时饼容易烂一般就是底面还没熟,等一会儿)。煎至两面都金黄就好了。When the bottom side turns brown and the top is bubbling, flip to the other side. Wait for the other side to brown.
