鸡蛋 | 8个 |
茶叶 | 1小撮 |
老抽酱油 | 1汤勺tbsp |
生抽酱油 | 50ml |
八角 | 1个 |
桂皮 | 半根 |
盐 | 2茶勺tsp |
香叶 | 1片 |
茶叶蛋 Tea Leaves Egg的做法
准备食材。
将茶叶,八角,桂皮,香叶装入一个纱布袋子中。
准备一口小奶锅,倒入水,老抽酱油,生抽酱油,盐和茶叶袋。
大火煮开保持2-3分钟即可关火。
煮鸡蛋,在锅中放入鸡蛋和水,中火加热,水开后煮6分钟即可。
将煮熟的鸡蛋壳敲碎。
将鸡蛋放入茶叶卤汁中腌制,隔夜最好。

1. 煮鸡蛋的时间减少为4分钟,可制出溏心茶叶蛋。
